Since SubIT took over all IT operations, The day-to-day questions/issues that would come to my desk…now the staff email’s SubIT directly and the issues are handled quickly. I also LOVE that there are “boots on the ground” at each of our offices in the different cities and states…that has been FABULOUS!!!
